Ingredients
One cup flour
2 cups chopped pecans
One stick margarine
8 ounces cream cheese
One cup powdered sugar
Container of Cool Whip
One package dry instant vanilla pudding
One package dry instant chocolate pudding
3 cups of milk
Preparation
- Mix together one cup of flour, one cup of chopped pecans, one stick of margarine (melted).
- Press in a 9X13 pan.
- Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Let it cool.
- Beat 8 ounces of cream cheese with one cup powdered sugar.
- Fold in half a Cool Whip container.
- Spread on cool crust.
- In another bowl, mix one package dry instant vanilla pudding, one package instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups of milk.
- Spread that over cheese mixture.
- Let it cool.
- Put the rest of your Cool Whip on top.
- Sprinkle pecans on the top.
