Ingredients

3 cups sweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 1/2-2 cups chocolate chips, melted

Preparation

Combine coconut and sugar. Add milk and coconut oil. Mix constantly until a gooey filling forms.

Roll into teaspoon sized balls and place on a a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15 minutes. Remove from freezer and roll again to smooth edges. Freeze 10-15 minutes.

Melt chocolate chips. Dip coconut ball into chocolate immediately.

Refridgerate at least 15 minutes.
