1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Whisk flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda together. In separate bowl, cream butter and sugars together with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes on medium speed. Beat in eggs, vanilla and milk until combined. Add dry ingredients, and beat on low speed until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Line a large baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Drop extra large spoonfuls of cookie dough onto sheet. About 6 large cookies will fit on a sheet. Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
