Ingredients

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup veg. oil

2 tsp vanilla

4 large eggs

4 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate

2 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

6-12 oz chocolate chips (more for sweeter cookies)

Preparation

With a whisk beak sugar, oil, vanilla, chocolate, and eggs together (do not use blender or electric mixer). Add the rest of ingredients and stir. Fold chocolate chips in with a rubber spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1-3 hours.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Roll into balls and dip each ball generously in powdered sugar. Bake on Greased baking sheets for 8-12 minutes
