Ingredients
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup brown sugar
firmly packed
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 375F. Combine flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside. Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, softened butter and vanilla and beat until creamy. Agg one egg, beat, add pumpkin puree, beat, add the other egg and finish combining. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cooking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes.
