Ingredients

2 sticks butter, melted

1 Cup Brown Sugar (or Splenda Brown Sugar)

1/2 Cup sugar (or Splenda Sugar)

2 eggs

1 TBSP Vanilla extract

1/2 Cup Ground Flaxseed

2 1/2 Cups Flour

2 1/2 Cups Instant Quaker Oats

6 Oz Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Melt two sticks butter in microwave for one minute or until soft or liquid. Add brown sugar and mix well. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after adding each. Add vanilla and mix well. Add flaxseed and mix well. Add Flour and mix well. Add oatmeal and mix well. Mixture should be very stiff. If it is too soft (easy to stir) then add more flour. If the mixture is too soft the dough will ooze when baked and will not hold their shape.
