Ingredients

-6 T. Butter, softened

-1/3 Butter-flavored Crisco

-1/2 c. Brown Sugar

-1/3 c. White Sugar

-1 Egg

-1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

-1 1/4 c. Flour

-1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

-1/2 tsp. Salt

-1 c. Semi-sweet Choc Chips

-3/4 c. Macadamias, chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F. Beat butter & Crisco in large bowl until well-blended. Add both sugars & beat. Add egg & vanilla & blend together. Mix flour, baking soda & salt in separate bowl. Add to butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips & macadamia nuts. Drop by rounded tsp-fulls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack.
