Ingredients

1 c. unsalted butter

2 c. brown sugar

6 T. turbanado sugar

2 eggs

4 t. vanilla

1 t. baking soda

1 t. baking powder

1 t. salt

3-1/2 c. flour

16 oz. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs and then vanilla. Combine dry ingredients in seperate bowl, then beat into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Use small ice cream scoop to form cookies onto greased cookie sheet — I use a silpat. Bake at 325 for 14 minutes. Let cookies sit 1 minute and then put on rack to cook.
