Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix

1 cup oil

1 cup milk

1 (4-ounce) package German chocolate, grated

1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar

4 eggs

1 (3 3/4-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding

6 ounce chocolate chips

Preparation

Beat cake mix, eggs, oil, pudding, and milk together. Reserve 1/4 cup grated chocolate. Fold in remaining chocolate and chocolate chips. Bake at 350F for 50 to 60 minutes in well-greased bundt or 9-inch tube pan. Cool on rack. Top cooled cake with 1/4 cup grated chocolate and powdered sugar.
