can (12.4 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Chocolate Chip flavored Sweet Biscuits with Icing (8 Count)

cup chocolate or cookie dough ice cream (or another flavor of choice), softened slightly
Mini semisweet chocolate chips or multicolored sprinkles, if desired
Preparation
Heat waffle maker; grease generously with oil. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; reserve icing for another use.
Place 2 biscuits at a time on hot waffle maker. Close lid of waffle maker; bake 2 to 3 minutes or until light golden brown. Carefully remove waffles. Repeat with remaining biscuits, greasing waffle maker between each set. On cooling rack, cool waffles completely, about 15 minutes.
To make sandwiches, with ice cream scoop, add about 1/4 cup ice cream to center of 1 waffle for bottom, and top with another waffle. Roll edges of ice cream in chocolate chips or sprinkles, if desired.
Serve immediately, or place in freezer until ready to serve.
