Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

2 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla

8 oz melted bittersweet chocolate

1 cup whipped whipping cream

2 stiffly beaten egg whites

1 baked graham cracker crust

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl & beat with electric mixer on high speed til smooth. Add chocolate & blend well. Fold in whipped cream, then egg whites. Fill crust, cover & refrigerate at least 24 hours. Garnish with whipped cream & walnuts just before serving.
