Ingredients

2 C sugar

1 3/4 C flour

3/4 C baking cocoa

2 t baking soda

1 t baking powder

1 t salt

2 eggs

1 C strong coffee

1 C buttermilk

1/2 C vegetable oil

1 t vanilla extract

powdered sugar (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes; batter will be thin. Pour into bundt pan and bake 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and cool at least ten minutes, then remove from pan to cool on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
