Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1-1/2 cups butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
3-1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla*
1/3 cup liquor**
1-1/2 cup chocolate chips
can use almond or other extracts
** green creme de menthe, kahlua, Chambord, amoretto, or any flavor you like
Preparation
Melt 1/2 cup butter and cocoa. Add 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, egg & vanilla*. Mix in crumbs, and press into 9x13 pan. Melt 1/2 cup butter and add creme de menthe**. Beat in remaining 3 cups confectioners sugar. Spread over crumb crust in pan. Melt 1/2 cup butter and chocolate chips. Spread over mint layer and chill. Cut into 1-inch squares.
