Ingredients

4 oz dark chocolate, melted

4 oz granulated sugar

1 egg

8 oz McVitties Digestive Biscuits

8 oz dark chocolate (ganache)

Preparation

Grease a 6" x 2 1/2 " cake ring. Break biscuits by hand into almond size pieces. Cream butter, add melted chocolate and mix. Add egg and cream.

Fold in biscuits until fully coated. Spoon into cake ring. Chill at least 3 hours. Let stand at room temp while melting chocolate for ganache. Unring onto cake rack. Pour melted chocolate over and let stand at room temperature to set.
