Ingredients
1 18 oz Devil’s food cake mix
1 4 oz Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding
4 Eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup mayo
3 tbs amaretto or kalua
1 cup semi sweet choc bits
Preparation
Heat over to 350 degrees
Grease 10 in bundt pan
Combine all ingredients except chocolate bits.
Mix at medium speed for 2 min.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into pan
Bake 55-60 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes then dump.
Glaze:
Melt 2 tbs of shortening w/2 squares of unsweetened chocolate.
Blend in one cup of sifted confectioners sugar.
Add 2 tbs of boiling water (or until it becomes smooth and not grainy).
Beat until smooth.
Glaze can be doubled (my kids request it).
Pour over cake (after it has cooled) back and forth, inside the bundt and out so that it drips over the sides, all the way around the cake.
