Ingredients

1 cup of cake flour

2 cups of sugar

1/2 cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups of egg whites

1 teaspoon of water

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup of chocolate morsels

Preparation

preheat oven to 400 degrees F sift the flour, 1 cup of sugar and cocoa in bowl and mix together combine egg whites, water and salt in a bowl and beat with a mixer until frothy beat in cream of tartar intil stiff and mix in remaining sugar and vanilla fold in flour mixture pour into tube pan reduce oven temp to 375 bake for 10 min. reduce again to 300 degrees and bake for 35 minutes. let cake cool for 40 minutes upside down.

for chocolate glaze, bring cream to a boil, add chocolate chips and stir tull melted, drizzle over cake
