Ingredients

2 sticks unsalted, sweet cream butter

6 squares unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 Tbs. instant coffee granules

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup flour

1 12 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine chocolate and butter in a glass mixing bowl. Microwave 2 minutes and stir until melted and smooth. Add instant coffee and sugar. Add vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. In a separate bowl, toss 1 Tbs. of the flour with the chocolate chips. POur rest of flour into the chocolate mixture and stir just until incorporated. Add chips. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
