Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chocolate wafers, finely crushed

1/2 cup butter

1/2 tsp granulated sugar

Filling

2 squares (1 oz each) sweet chocolate

2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese

4 eggs

1/2 cup sugar

3 tsp instant coffee

dashof salt

Mint Leaves and fresh raspberries for garnish

Preparation

Butter sides and bottom of baking pan, Combine wafer crumbs, butter and sugar and press crumb mixture evenly onto bottom of pan. Melt chocolate over hot, but not boiling water and stir until smooth. Beat cream cheese until soft and smooth and add eggs and sugar, mixing well until blended. Add melted chocolate, coffee and salt and stir. Pour into pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until cake center is almost set(it will firm when chilled). Cool for one hour and chill. Dust with powdered sugar;Add mint and raspberries. Yum Yum!
