Ingredients

1 med round sour dough loaf

1 small sour dough loaf

8oz sour cream

8oz soft cream cheese

8oz grated sharp cheddar cheese

3-5 diced green onions

2.5 oz of diced chipped/dried beef

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • cut 1/2 inch off of top of round loaf. Set aside.
  • hallow out loaf to create a bread bowl. Set aside hollowed bread for dipping
  • in a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, cheese, onions, beef, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until an even consistently is obtained.
  • pour contents into the bread bowl and put top back on bread bowl.
  • heat bowl, on middle rack, in oven for 1.5 hours. May need to heat an additional 30 min. Test for consistent temp of dip.
  • remove from oven, stir dip, and enjoy!
