Ingredients
1.) The zest of 2 limes
2.). The juice of 2 limes (about 1/3 cup)
3.) 1/3 cup ( or more!) chopped fresh cilantro
4.) 2 chipotles in adobo sauce plus some of the adobo sauce
5.) 2 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
6.) 2 cloves chopped garlic
7.) 1-2 pounds of your favorite grilling meat
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a deep dish Add meat, cover for 2-6 hours, turning meat occasionally. Grill meat as usual according to your preferred level of doneness
