Ingredients
2 pounds skirts steak, preferably free range.
1 small can chipotle peppers.
1 head romaine lettuce.
1 jar your favorite bbq sauce.
1 lime.
sea salt, freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
grill skirt steak, each side to your liking (est 5 minutes each side) remove from grill, let rest in pan.season with sea salt, grind fresh pepper, rub over with chipotle peppers, squeeze fresh lime over… slice steak, roll with romaine lettuce leaves. serve with bbq sauce as dipping sauce. eat with hands. plenty of napkins.
