Ingredients
4 cups V-8 or other tomato-based vegetable juice
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tbsp freshly grounded black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp kosher salt
1/2 - 1 tbsp celery salt
1/2 - 1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
1 canned chipotle chilies in adobo
2 cups silver tequila
8 ribs celery for gariish
8 lime wedges for garnish
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except tequila and garnishes in an electric blender. quickly blend to mix. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add mixture to 1/2 glass ice and 2 oz tequila. Garnish with Celery and lime wedges.
