Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Ketchup

2/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 tsp Onion Powder

1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tbsp Chipotle Puree (pureed chipotle peppers in adobo sauce)

1/8 tsp Fresh Black Pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl then transfer to a sauce pan.
  2. Over Medium heat, bring the sauce to a simmer.
  3. Simmer for 1 minute stirring constantly.
  4. Cool and refridgerate for up to 2 weeks.
