Ingredients
4 chicken Breasts marinated in Mrs Dash’s chipole 10 min Marniade.
Reserve about 1/4 c for later use with dressing.
1 1/2 C low fat or non fat ranch dressing.
4C of mix greens
1/2 of large purple onion
5-6 roma tomatoes sliced
1 large avocado
1 med can of sliced black olives
1/2 of large cucumber sliced
1 can of whole kernel corn drained
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Grill 4 chicken breast that have been marnitated in Ms. Dash’s Chipolte 10 min marinade. I use the extra sauce to baste while grilling.
Toss salad and add all of the rest of the ingredients. Take the 1/4 c of marinade and add to 1 1/2c of ranch low or no fat dressing.
Place chicken breast on top if greens and enjoy. Top with dressing.
