Ingredients
1 small bok choy cabbage,chopped
1 scallion,chopped
1/2 of 7 oz jar sunflower seeds
2 oz slivered almonds
2 chicken ramen noodles with seasoning packets
Dressing:
3/4 cup oil(seseme or canola best)
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2T. soy sauce
Preparation
Brown seeds, nuts, & noodles(broken)in 4T butter. Place in bowl. Add the 2 seasoning packets & cool. Add bok choy cabbage & scallion & toss. Refrigerate. Mix ingredients for dressing. Boil 1 min. Cool. Pour over top of salad just before serving. Toss well.
