Ingredients

1 pork shoulder (3 to 5 lbs.)

2-3 cups of wine (sherry or cooking wine)

2 cups of water

2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

8 tablespoons of mushroom (brandname) soy sauce

Preparation

Cover and roast for 4 to 5 hours at 275. Turn once. These are only the approximate measurements. You can change the proportions when it is necessary.
