Ingredients

One head of cabbage

3 slices of smashed ginger

3 cloves garlic

boneless pork loin

3 T hoisin

1 t Chili Paste w garlic

Preparation

Slice cabage and cook in hot oil in a woke until it is wilted and brown. Remove and add ginger, and garlic. Cook until brown then add thinly sliced pork to wok, and saute with hoisin. when the pork is done, add cabbage with the chili paste with garlic. serve over white rice.
