Ingredients
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili oil
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 clove garlic
1/4 tsp minced ginger
green onions
coriander
bean sprouts
blanched bok choy; snow peas; brocolli tossed in blcak bean sauce
Preparation
Blanch veggies. Toss lightly with blcak bean sauce. Boil vermacelli noodles. Add soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger and lime ingredients into botton of bowl. Top with noodles,a bit of noodle water, coriander, green onions, spouts. Lay the veggies on top
