Ingredients

2 pounds ground pork

1 small onion, diced

2 tablespoons of rice wine

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 teaspoon of sugar

3 tablespoons of corn starch

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 or 2 eggs

Preparation

These can be baked, steamed or sauteed, and served over shredded napa cabbage.
