Ingredients

For four, buy a flank steak (or London Broil) weighing about 1 1/2 pounds.

Put into a shallow dish with the following:

1/2 cup soy sauce

3 tablespoons corn oil

3 tablespoons honey

3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Preparation

Mix with a fork, then add the meat and coat both sides with the marinade. Cover and let stand 2 hours at room temperature or all day in the refridgerator. Remove meat from marinade. Broil on a rack about 4 inches from heat source for 3-4 minutes per side (depending on thickness)
