Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef

2 sweet onions, finely chopped

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

3 c. warm water

1 c. uncooked rice

1/4 c. soy sauce

1 can bean sprouts, drained

1 can chow mein noodles

Preparation

Brown meat and onions. Add soups. Rinse out cans with water and add to mixture. Stir in uncooked rice and soy sauce. Turn into a 9x13x2" pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 30 minutes longer. Cover mixture with chow mein noodles and cook 10 minutes longer. Serve immediately.
