Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 c. water

1 c. chopped onion

1/2 c. rice (not Minute Rice™)

1 c. chopped celery

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, optional

1 can Chinese noodles

Preparation

Brown ground beef. Drain.

Mix mushroom soup and chicken soup with water.

Combine browned ground beef, soup/water mixture, onion, rice, celery, soy sauce and mushrooms.

Place in buttered 2-quart baking dish.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top and bake uncovered for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
