Ingredients
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
3 tablespoons red wine or red rice vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar, or to taste
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 tbs. sesame oil
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients. Heat near boil to combine flavors. Cool and Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 1 hour to give the flavors a chance to blend.
