Ingredients
1 Head Chinese Cabbage (Napa (the best) or else Savoy)
6-8 Scallions
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, crushed
½ Cup Sesame seeds
4 to 6 oz pkg. slivered or sliced Almonds
1 stick Butter or margarine (or less)
DRESSING:
1 C Vegetable Oil
1 C Sugar
½ C Cider Vinegar
½ tsp Salt
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Tbs chopped Garlic
Preparation
Mix the cabbage, scallions, toasted ingredients and the dressing just before serving.
Remember to keep the three mixed ingredients in seperate contains until ready to mix just prior to serving the salad.
