Ingredients
2 uncooked chicken breasts
Marinade:
1/4 C soy sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 small piece ginger, smashed
4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp Ng Heong Fun (5 spices)
chicken spices:
1/8 tsp celry salt
1/4 tsp Ng Heong Fun
Vegetables:
1/4 C green onions, sliced thin
1/2 C celery, sliced thin
1/4 C cilantro, cuit in 1/2 " lengths
10 lettuce leaves, torn in small pieces.
Dressing
2 tsp sesame seed
2 tsp sesame oil
Preparation
Deep fry chicken breasts in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. When cool, shred into small pieces. Add chicken spices and toss.
Toss chicken, vegetables sesame seed and sesame oil with salt and pepper to taste.
