Ingredients
3 T. rice vinegar
1 T. sugar
3 T. soy sauce
1/2 t. dry mustard
2 T. sesame oil
1 T.toasted sesame seeds
1/4 - 1/2 cup peanut oil ( or any oil)
mix all ingredients except oils first, then emulsify the oils in ( blend)
For salad:
Chopped iceberg
lots of chopped cilantro
sliced green onions
chopped celery
shredded carrots
shredded napa cabbage
bean sprouts
chopped peanuts
cold chicken breasts shredded
any/all or combo of above. Enjoy!!
Preparation
make salad dressing day before. I also add grated ginger and a bit of lime juice to dressing. Can do the chopping early in am. Then toss before serving .
