Ingredients

Marinade:

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 clove garlic pressed

1-2 tsb fresh ginger

4 tsb sugar

1/4 tsb 5-spice powder

2 whole chicken breasts

Dressing:

1/4 tsb hoisin sauce

1/2 tsb 5-spice powder

juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 tsb sesame oil

1-11/2 hot chinese mustard

1/2 tsb salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4-1/3 package mei fun (rice sticks)

1 lg head of iceberg lettuce

chopped fresh cilantro

toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

1.marinate chicken 30min-overnight 2.heat oil in wok and cooke mei fun until puffy, just a few seconds 3.fry chicken in remaining oil saving marinade. 4.shred chicken return to drippings and oil in pan, add marinate and cool.
