Ingredients

8 oz rice noodles

3 tbs oil

3/4 tsp chilli pepper

1 tbs crushed black peppercorne

1/3 cup rice vinegar

2 tbs lite soy sauce

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 small english cucumber sliced thin

1 1/2 cup cooked chichen shredded

few drops sesame oil

Preparation

cook pasta and drain,put in a large bowl.heat oil in fry pan,add dried chilies cook for 3 minutes,add pepper soy sauce and cilantro cook a few minutes morelet cool and add to pasta.add cucumber and chichen to bowl toss well then drizzle the sesame oil and toss again . serve at room temperature.
