Ingredients
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup cilantro
1/8 cup oregano
1 clove garlic
salt
crushed red pepper
2 cups olive oil
Preparation
place all the ingredients but the olive oil into a blender and pulse to a rough chop. Then turn to blend and slowly add the oil untill you reach the desired consistancy. (a thick paste to something more like pesto)
