Ingredients
2/3 cup finely chopped flat leaf parsely
1/3 cup coarsely chopped garlic
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake until well combined. Best if made several days in advance.
