Ingredients

2 cloves garlic

1 cup fresh parsley, packed

1 cup fresh cilantro, packed

2 tbsp. fresh lime juice

2 tbsp. fresh origano, chopped

1/2 tsp. dried crushed red pepper

2/3 cup olive oil

Preparation

Place garlic cloves in a food processor and pulse a few times. Add remaining ingredients and finely process. Serve on grilled steaks.
