Ingredients

1 Cup Parsley

4 Garlic cloves

1 Cup Cilantro

½ Cup White onion, chopped

½ Cup Olive oil

2 Tbl Wine vinegar, red or white

1 tsp Sea salt

¼ tsp Freshly ground black pepper

¼ tsp Red pepper flakes

Preparation

Finely chop parsley, cilantro, and garlic (or process in a food processor several pulses). Place in small bowl.

Stir in olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Adjust seasonings. Let sit 10-15 minutes before serving.
