Ingredients

1 lg bunch parsley

8 cloves garlic

3 T minced onion

5 T distilled vinegar (or white wine vinegar)

1 t coarse salt

1/2 t dried oregano

1/2-1 t hot pepper flakes

1/2 t black pepper

1 C extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Mince parsley and mince further in food processor with garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Don’t over-puree.
