                        can (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Thin Crust Pizza Crust

container (4.4 oz) 50%-less-fat garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese

1

cup chopped fresh spinach

3/4

cup diced seeded cucumber

1

large tomato, chopped (1 cup)

1/2

cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1

tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves

1/4

teaspoon salt

1/8

teaspoon pepper

cup shredded carrots

Preparation

Heat oven to 400° F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool crust, about 30 minutes.

Spread cheese over cooled crust. Top with spinach, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms and basil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with carrots.
