Ingredients

2 Eggs

Spahetti

1 Red chilli

Basel

Red pepper

Olive oil

1 Clove Garlic

White wine vinegar

Preparation

Start by boiling the spaghetti

About 5 minutes before the spaghetti is ready add a generous helping of olive oil to a pand and heat moderately add the finely chopped garlic, red pepper and red chilli and begin to cook through.

Simmer a pan of wter along with 2 spoons of white wine vinegar and stir before adding an egg. Cook the egg until it is just firm enoug to take out and leave in hot water while you do the second egg.

Add the pasta to the olive oil and chilli mix and stir through before transfering to 2 bowls.

Place a poached egg on top of each.

Finish with pepper.
