Ingredients
chilli jam
1 lime, juice and zest only
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
Preparation
For the chilli jam, place the lime juice and zest, chilli, sugar and sesame oil in a pan and over a low heat and dissolve the sugar. 2. Once it has completely dissolved bring the mixture to the boil and cook until it starts to brown. Remove from heat and cool.
