Ingredients
Boneless Chicken
Onion
green chilli
ginger paste
garlic paste
soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
tomato sauce
corn flour
olive oil
salt
chilli sauce (sriracha)
Preparation
Add little salt to flour. Add water and make a paste(or use water from chicken). Coat chicken with flour
Fry it in oil till golden brown in color
In a nonstick pan, add little oil and fry onion. Add 1 1/2 tap of Ginger and garlic paste. Add green chilli.
Add chicken (fried earlier) . Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, worchester sauce and tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Add curry leaves if needed.
