Ingredients
1 whole hothouse cucumber
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
1-1/4 cups nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/16 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 tablespoon celery seed
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and puree with blender. Chill. Garnish with chopped dill or parsley.
