Ingredients

3 tbsp Ground Ancho Chili

2 tsp Cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp ground red pepper

1/2 tsp salt

4 Chicken Breasts

1/ cup chicken stock

3 tbsp Agave Syrup

Preparation

Pound chicken then coat with rub mixture.

Pan fry in oil both sides until browned. Remove chicken, add syrup and stock. Return chicken and cook covered until done. When done remove chicken and reduce sauce until reduced by 25%. Servers
