Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Yukon Gold cut into 1 inch pieces
3 T Olive oil
1 t chili powder
Kosher salt
Black pepper
8 sprigs tyme
1 lemon
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a roasting pan. Bake in 425 degrees approximately 40 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon over the potatoes immediately when taking out of the oven.
